City Power ripoff

I was very disappointed with the company. They don't think about their customers. I'm a single parent and breadwinner, have to pay for rates and taxes which have rocketed up. While still adjusting, City Power is also ripping us! I used to buy R250 electricity which used to be 103.70kWh but now I only got less than 40kWh i. e 39.10kWh. Why are we supposed to pay CoJ debt while other people are enjoying free electricity and water. Is this not going to lead to more *******ion as more people are going to bridge. Can City Power re consider the decision
