CITY POWER - REIMBUR*****T FOR FOOD LOSS DUE TO LONG POWER OUTAGES

After a hellish 40 hours without electricity over the weekend and throwing out food and meat that went rotten I today submitted a claim form to City Power for reimbur*****t. To my amazement they want pics of the rotten meat in order to submit the claim to their insurers. I mean who the heck takes pics of something that is stinking that they just want to throw in the ******* bin. You have proof of my purchase - bank statements do not lie. Please just do the right thing and reimburse me. Times are tough enough without added wastage on your part.
