City power refund 3 month delay and still going.

Worst service I have been waiting for a refund from April 2025, as the house was sold. Every time i phone in I get told its been escalated, but no one can tell me why the delay. You cant speak to a supervisor or the refund department. to get a straight answer.

and you cant requests a call back with the feedback, they don't do that.

Their website sates refunds get paid out within 30 days.
