City power poor service delivery(Tshepisong phase 6)

I am severely disappointed with ,I have logged a call of no power st Tshepisong phase 6 Mobola STR,electricity has skipped houses,we are 10 days now without electricity, the centre promises to escalate the call but till now,we are in the DARK!
