City Power - Poor Service
I live in Willson street Fairland and at the end of July, City power replaced a cable in a transformer housing which located at the entrance to our complex. In doing so, they had to dig up the paving in our driveway. After completing the connection, the workers filled in the trench but did not replace the paving. I contacted city power customer services on 03 August and they registered the job and gave me a reference number ********** 931. As of today, 20 September there has been no progress at all. I have phoned customer services many times, and have spoken to the agents who assure me that the problem has been "escalated"...….which actually means nothing. I eventually spoke to the supervisor Gugu who told me to contact David Makoni ********** who is the Area Manager responsible for my area. I have phoned David many times but the call is never answered. I then tried calling Noel Maso (General Manager North) on his office line and cell phone but he too never answers his phone. This lack of service is totally unacceptable and one shouldn't have to spend so much time calling to get them to repair what they damaged.
