City Power or City ****er?!

City power is the most heartless anf thoughtless company in South Africa, we have been without electricity in Rosettenville mabel street for 2 days in this weather, we have little kids that need their bottles and warm baths. We follow process and log calls to the company yet they close those calls without any resolution nor coming to repair issue. It is really sad that such companies have such huge responsibilities to the public but can't work with human beings.
