City Power of Joburg- poor service!!!

The most useless of them all . No wonder City of Joburg is a state of collapse. Electricity fault been lodged 30th December 2024. Till today no one seems to care, everyone seems to be on leave except the call centre which will assist you with nothing but refer you back to the same mangers who are on leave and busy drinking somewhere….its a MESS!!! Can the city manager address this poor service delivery wt its seriousness it deserves. Else we escalate it to the mayor…as we speak issue still not resolved and stranded.
