City power not working

On Monday I logged a call for power outrage, today it's Wednesday no electricians have been allocated. I have made numerous follow up and agents still say it was escalated. We have patients in this building who have medication stored in the fridge. I don't know why City power is doing this.Dear CUSTOMER, your City Power call ref is CP***
