City Power not meeting its obligations to supply power

The list of areas without power for extended periods of time is constantly growing. Some areas as much as 4 days. Parts of Block 16 without power for 20 hours (and counting). Lods are closed without resolution within 12 hours. City Councillors unable to get updates or anticipated dates of resolution. Please provide the residents of Johannesburg with remedial plan to resolve the ongoing delays. Load shedding is causing sufficient damage, but the city’s inability or unwillingness to implement steps to provide continuous service requires explanation. The decision by City Power to work only day shifts is compounding the problem, and not reasonable in the circumstances. Please provide a detailed plan of the remedial steps being implemented.
