City Power not interesting in serving power to customers

We lost power around 1600 and power only restored this morning(16th Sep 2020), over 12 hours of no power.

Also Aug 2020 (31st) the same thing happened around 7PM and as usual we log calls, your customer care was aware and power was only restored around 10AM. So this is basically a trend. That's just 2 incidents that happened in the same month of Sep 2020.
