city power - NO SERVICE DELIVERY!!!!! SERVICE DOWNRIGHT PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying since August 7, 2024, to have the streetlight fixed, but to no avail. Even my request to the Executive Mayor's office yielded no results. The tickets were closed five times without any action taken as follows:

1st Ticket closed without action: CPWEB*** -7/08/2024 (created) 2nd Ticket closed without action: CPW*** - 14/08/2024 (created) 3rd Ticket closed without action: CPW*** - 02/09/2024 (created) 4th Ticket closed without action: CPW*** - 09/09/2024 (created 5th Ticket closed without action: CPW*** - 28/10/2028 (created)

I have emailed the Mayor's office (***) on September 12, 2024, as well as Joburgconnect (***) and City Power (***), but once again, there was no response or action. I will make it my mission to e-mail the President, maybe then I will get a response.
