City Power, no service delivery

Hello I am a resident of Extension 9, Lenasia, on the 18th June 2020 at 18h00 the electricity box on Corona Street was on fire, it was extinguished by the fire department.

The box was repaired on the 19th June 2020 at about 17h00 but most of the houses, the electricity was not fully restored, the lights are dim, fridge, freezer and geyser not working due to the low voltage.

Logged a fault with City Power, getting responses on Twitter like "Escalating", "technicians are dispatched", "power restoration in progress", reference number CPWEB***.
