City power, no response and not helpfull.

We are sitting without power since 11/11/2022 due to theft and we reported it. We called city power to ask what is going on and they just put the phone down or they say they will call me back. They keep on closing our references as complete but yet its not completed. Last night there was a electrician but it was for a different call. The staff member was also very rude.
