City Power No Response !!!

I have written and called City Power so many time. There is a problem with the installation of my prepaid meter. Now I have people tampering with the meter and I cannot get hold of anyway to assist me. I have been on the phone now for 2 hours... no joy. Also tried the "35328" service - total waste of time.
