City Power no longer cares

One star is generous. This whole story started two years ago when we started blowing fuses at our local substation. Eventually we installed power quality analyzers at our building and noticed a phase to neutral bleed. It took 18 months to convice city power the issue is with our buildings feeder cable but city power went out of thier way to prove it was our fault by sending multiple technicians to our building to test our DB panels etc never check the feeder cable. Keep in mind each time we blew a fuse it took three days to fix! i have over 20 faults logged just for 2024 on record. Eventually City power replace the cable but only after 3 weeks of no power at our building. Now we have to fight to have our paving and parking lot fixed because they have dug it up 3 times and just left. We are fully paid up clients and we are treated terribly! City power you shouild be ashamed of the service you provide!
