City power no idee what they suppose do do

<p>Good day</p> <p>I have app**** for a prepaid meter in February 2016 I am sending this in regarding pre paid meter. I have applayed for it 27/02/2016 and paid on the 11/03/2016, have not recived it till today. The Roodepoort record had a arrival two weeks ago about people who have had complaints and gave e-mail telephone and SMS information. I mailed them with all the info they needed. Got a SMS back stating that they will attend to this matter. A week past and guess they send me a SMS <br />WITH REF: 67161 STATING THAT SIRVICE IS COMPLETED..........THE PRE PAID IS NOT DONE HOW CAN THEY CLOSE IT. PLEASE help!</p>
