City Power Lenasia and ward councillor failing us yet again

City Power Lenasia is an insult. We live in a developing, poverty-stricken area with limited resources and supplies. Lawley 2 has RDP houses and we have been struggling with electricity for the last couple of weeks, with no intervention from Lucas(city power manager and councillor) yet Ennerdale and Lawley1 has electricity. we have voted for a government who continues to fail us, just because we cannot afford bond houses we must suffer. I have to bath in cold water every morning.
