City Power just USELESS!!!!

City Power Randburg is so F..king useless. They Bull**** everybody our power went off on monday the 20th November '23 today is 23 Nov 23 and im still waiting for these BUNCH OF C..TS!!! Only for them to put the main switch back as promised on Wednesday 23-11-23. And im still waiting......These guys at city power Jacob (main supervisor) and Temba also some manager wantto tell me im wrong to believe that the problem will still ocur. Then all of a sudden they blocked me telling me this bull**** and that bull****. THEY NOT WORRIED OR CONCERNED OR WHATSO EVER GIVE A FLYING **** THEY just there to ride the tide.
