City power just doesnt care

I am a Lenasia South resident and since from last week Tuesday 16 June 2020 to today 22.06.2020 we do not have electricity and nobody is saying anything or just an update or a progress report. City power has failed us the residence of Lenasia South our food is spoiled and our families are sick after the last 2 coldest days without electricity and we cannot afford take aways everyday. Even this morning I couldn't take a bath as the water was ice cold had to drive to friends place and ask to bath is that fair....
