City Power JHB is ***********. You log faults as soon as they happen. Waiting hours, sometimes days. You get no feedback on what is happening, or what the problem was. Sometimes they even cancel or imagine the problem to be non-existent without resolving it, of course. Causing delays and the need to follow up for them. Wasting time every step of the way. Over weekends and holidays too.

They need stricter evaluation and training. I can't believe how pathetic their services are to this day. No improvements, no accountability, no changes to their processes or feedback.
