City power is useless

This company shouldn’t exist. They are the most *********** people working there. I have been holding on for half and our and no answer. The people are probably sleeping on their shift. No wonder this country is what it is. We have been with out power for 2days and they just don’t give a ****. They don’t update people they don’t answer phones. Wish they can actually get people that wants to work and not hire there buddies and pay them massive salaries do do nothing.
