CITY POWER IS USELESS

I have never been so irrated, i am spending my airtme to call the customer care number i have to listen to the voice prompts for minutes on end and when i eventually get an agent. THEY HANG UP ON YOU. Ihave a ref that has not been resolved for weeks now and this is the treatment we get. There are people out there who are desperate for jobs and would appreciate having a job then you have agents that dont give a dam about they jobs...Im disgusted i must say.
