City Power is useless!!!

<p>Our prepaid electricity box has not been working for a week now , we have loaded electricity and are trying to load more. My roommate and I are very disgruntled at your behaviour because we are left without electricity in this winter weather for a week! You guys say you are sending someone to fix it but you never did!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please could you urgently respond to my request as this is very saddening and we cannot go on like this, you rather have to replace the box or at least come to fix it.</p>
