City power is the worst 😭

Good day My name is Laaiqah Singh I have no lights on my premises for the past 7 days ,due to a cable issue underground city power has failed to repair it even after many calls , and I logged it Many times had it escalated by my local councilor and he's fellow appi's but still have received no help in my premises resides my self and 8 kids 5 are scholars and 2 are toddlers and 1 is a 9 month old infant

I am crying out for help , please assist me I'm begging anyone who can help me with assistance for this particular matter . I am fed up with the false hopes from them and all their **** promise's
