City power is the worst

City power is honestly ***********. Naturena has experienced cable theft every week for the whole of February. Now it's changed from a weekly thing to a space of 3 hours. No measures taken to ensure that cable theft is prevented the cables are repaired/replaced and left at the surface of the ground making it easy for the cables to be ******, repairs take from 3 to 4 days. There is no urgency at all. Food has gone to waste, some of us work from home because we work crazy shift hours meaning i have to leave the house at 3:30 to get to work on time. There is no public transport at that time meaning I have to Uber to work which is an extra cost that i do not have. This is unacceptable. They take no measures to insure that the situation never occurs again.
