City power is the pits we deserve better services

Am I the only one taken for a clown by your employee by the Surname name Zulu at your Florida depot or is that how you trained all your staff to treat customers. I'm not impressed with the service I got at all. To make matters worse the lady promised to send me the statement last week to my email until now, what a shame.
