CITY POWER IS ***********

I recently moved into a new complex and was provide dwith a new box and meter number, Ive tried purchasing electricity with that new meter number several tims now and it kept on saying meter no. invalid - I then called city power on Friday and was told theyd register the meter and by Saturday morning I should have electricity and be able to purchase it but as expected that was a lie the whole day on Saturyda i was on the line with them and spoke to a bunch of managers who all told me one story after another, I even spoke to Manager : Melusi and Benneth who also made promises that they never kept bare in mind 72 hours later Im still sitting in an empty dark house withot elexctricy, they eventually registered thee meter or so they say and even at that I still wasnt able to buy electricity let alone had it!!! I spent over R250 the whole weekend calling and calling then agt 8pm! i was told to go to Booysens and purchase there or request help there cause they clearly couldnt help me and all this time ive got food in the fridge rotting and no one seems to give a **** about that, Im the one constantly calling and calling - they cut the call when they like, put me one hold or even transfer me around to their team matest if they like, one consultant by the name of Keabetswe or something even told me that even if i go to Hellopeter nothing will be done as this is how they do business I really didnt know how to feel about that at this point i dont even know who to escalate this too that will assist me
