City Power inexperienced technicians

<p>I stay in South hills and there is a cable that keeeps falling almost every second day by senekal street corner of reitz street or by Senekal street corner of Swinburne road. We always log a call and technicians only come when it suits them and do a quick fix , the cable won't last more then 8 to 12 hours and then it falls again most of the time at 17:30 or in the morning . This has been happening almost everyday since the start of May 2016. This is ridiculous. We cannot be subjected to living in these conditions. It is winter now and electricity is vital in keeping warm. HELP!</p>
