City Power incompetence

My power was disconnected on Christmas Day, no termination notice given, they say I owe Money on my electricity account, not correct, my bills show paid up every month. Outstanding is over R400k for water, this was billed in October 2024, not sure how we used that much water in one month. Query sent and ref received for that, not sure if they even checked it as yet. I have called numerous times to City Power, emailed them, deaf ears...
