City Power in Roodepoort sucks

Our residence in Quellerina has been without electricity for 14 consecutive days, encompassing Christmas and New Year. This prolonged outage has caused severe inconvenience and disruption.

All calls and personal visits to City Power, Florida Lake have been unsuccessful in resolving the matter. Furthermore, Mr. Sibusiso Xulu, Regional Manager, has failed to respond to WhatsApp messages and does not answer his telephone.
