City power in a mess

This must be an excuse for a organization it couldn't organize a **** fight is a stable. We have been witout power for 3 day all the food in the Fridge is gone off all the backup appliances that work off vattries have long gone . The only people you can speak to is the call centre and that is a dog wit no teeth. They can only escalate the problem. No one gives a ****. Customer servicev no existence it takes a hour to get through to the call center and oncevy ou get a consultant you are told to hold and that is where it all ends. I would rate this as a minus stars you cant f#@k up anything as well as city power has. Now we dont work at night when people need power we all go home at 6pm. What a cluster fu@k. Let us pray the gods will be on our side and we will be conected in the morning.
