City Power impressive communication and service

City Power's communication during our recent outage (ref CPWEB***) was exceptional. Regular updates were texted to me. The team under team leader Forget came by on three consecutive days to test, fix temporarily and finally fix permanently when they were here from 08h00 to 18h00. The team worked hard and were pleasant and friendly. Thanks also to Richard of City Power for constant updates and interaction with the shift leader. Very impressed with the communication and service
