City Power - how pathetic can it get?

Four months after City Power suggested that they should install a new electricity meter at our house, the meter is still not linked to my account. The City sends meter readers about once a week, who ask to see the old meters that City Power removed. Totally pathetic organisation. No communication, no clue, no accountability. No competence. No care. No systems. No integration. No one answering the phone. No one answering e mails. No one at home.
