City power fails to provife service again!

My mother lives in Claremont Johannesburg. She has been without power since Tuesday 12. She logs a complaint as required daily. The job is picked up by one of their technicians who then does not show up. When she tries to follow up she has to log a new complaint but still no one comes out and her issue is not resolved. My mother is 87 and cannot live without electricity especially as we have had rain all that while. City Power are among the worse service provides.
