City power failing me to fix electricity for 5 days

City power has failed me .I logged a call from Thursday regarding me having no power in the house due to token been rejected by meter box

They gave a reference number and only dispatched electrician of Friday . He came to the place and refused to collect the big box key from the security and said it is not his job to take key from security he must find a box open then he left without assistance.

I logged another call Saturday and Sunday nothing . I went to the offices today and logged another call as it is what they good at giving reference and promising electrician will follow me and it is a lady .

Until now 18:00 still waiting .I lost all my food in the fridge due to their failure to assist. I think they are taking advantage because I'm a woman and they don't care how will this affect me financially . Dumping grocery that is bought for a month because someone doesn't wana do their job.

It looks like they have only 1 technician failing to assist for 5 days .it means there are just chilling in the office while we suffer .
