City Power fail to act in a clear case of *****

Despite a tenant failing to pay rent for 2 years and owing hundreds of thousands of rands of electricity being 120 days, 90, days, 60 days, 30 days and current, City Power do nothing about disconnecting him, because he seems to pay them to look the other way. He has also tried to enter into a *****ulent arrangement, when it isn't his account.
