City power

City power takes extremely long to restore outages. Every single week there's an outage in my area. On Saturday and Sunday there have been outages with no update or anyone to come out and assist. We buy electricity for us to have no electricity daily. This is ****ing ridiculous!!!!!! The call center agents are extremely *********** and disrespectful!!
