City Power don't care about their client !!!

Bad service from City Power, i have been logging my meter box fault since the 11 December 2018, I even went to their office on the 12 December 2018. Am not getting any help. Now i don't have electricity since Sunday. My REF : CPWEB ********** , CPWEB ********** , CPWEB ********** , CPWEB ********** , CPWEB ********** . On Monday the person from City Power come and failed to fix it. And promise that he will load the electricity from the office , till today we still without electricity. BAD BAD poor poor *** *** services !!
