City Power does or doesn't do it again

I would once again vent about the lack of interest from city power employees. We have been without electricity since yesterday's rain. Whenever we experience rain, we are the only house on our black with no electricity. We've explained this to CITY POWER countless times. They have the nerve to advise that every time this happens we need to log a call. We end up without electricity for up to 5 days. Why not get to the root of the problem instead of having us sit without electricity.

This is complete and utter lack of respect for something as simple as electricity and don't get me started on the water situation.
