city power disguisting

i have logged a fault via internet, i in fact reported it 6 times i have 6 ref numbers since Sunday 6 Feb till current no power. No street lights I was almost hijacked Friday because off the dark street in Dreyfusstreet Tulisa park. our food are rotten almost 48 hrs with no power kids cant study we cant cook. I phoned or whatsupped City power managers, councillors no respond. This is not a free service we pay for the service but still we have frequent power outages in Dreyfusstreet and only 7 houses affected in the whole Tulisa Park. We can live for 2 1/2 hours when loadshedding but after loadshedding power outage and almost 48 hours without power how must we bath coook how must kids study this government treat us like dogs and this must stop we are not animals we are paying citizens and humans/
