CITY POWER DID NOT STICK TO THEIR PROMISE

I have been liaising with Mpho regarding my food claim I submitted quite some time ago. Infact I sent 2 and was ignored on thr first application.

See mail below I was NOT PAID

Mpho and I had several conversations and one of thrm.was that he promised to pay me by today of the food I had lost due power substations that burst and faults in Bryanston North. As per message below he says I will be paid. This was not the case I have not been paid and to promise a customer who needs to feed her children is unacceptable.

Attached kindly receive our acknowledgement letter for your attention. As per our discussion, the claim was sent to our Randburg SDC for investigation. We will try and obtain the report early next week to ensure that the claim is finalized soonest.
