City Power, Capitec Bank and Blu Label in cahoots! Providing faulty electricity tokens to rip people off
Capitec, Blu Label and City Power providing faulty electricity tokens to rip people off I purchased an electricity token on my Capitec banking App of R1000, I entered the token 5 times and it wouldn't accept the token. I bought another R30 of the app to establish whether it was the token or the receiver. The R30 loaded but the R1000 token was still not loading. I contacted the number provided on the token and it came to Capitec customer services. I let the agent know what was the issue, they advised me that they would contact the vendor "Blu Label", after weeks of no update. I contacted them and was told that they are following up. In the mean time I've been loading more electricity tokens. Yesterday the Monday 2nd of July 2018 i contacted Capitec for feedback and they gave me a contact number for BluLabel, I contacted the vendor to find out that there is nothing wrong with the token I should try loading it again. Still an error message. Today I was told that they cannot refund me as the token shows it was used. How the hell!Ive been trying to load the token for the past few days. Eventually they gave me a cell phone number to contact some guy in City power; who sent a guy out to come and check my meter. He too says it's been used. This is a *******! Capitec, Blu Label and City Power are ripping people off! You people should be ashamed of yourselves!
