City Power can not do repairs

When-ever faults get logged at [URL Removed] via City Power website, the faults get immediatly signed off at the same night and even a SMS get send to complainant, that fault is rectified and complainant was contacted. NO FAULTS IS REPAIRED and ongoing for 2 months with about 8 Ref no's for same fault on different dates.. E-mails tobring this under the attention of the ANC Mayor of Joburg get ignored and it seems like no-one is interested to solve the problems. WHAT HAPPENED TO SERVICE DELIVERY?. Incompetant people or lack of supervision or is it both.
