CITY POWER BAD SERVICE! No Electricity for 6 days

I have went to the city power offices to report that I have no electricity on the 20th of June, they assured me they will come and gave me a reference number CPWEB690601. I had to log another complaint on Monday CPWEB692441 because they never came and I even went to their offices again but they didn't come help me. I called their call center today I was talking to Matlala Mamabolo who also assured me they will come, I even sent emails to these [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] but I haven't been helped. I don't know what to do because I buy the electricity but I get to be treated like this and ignored.
