City Power bad service

We have same issue almost every day and we log a ticket (call) and they come and do work around instead of fixing the problem. I called them they gave the email and number to launch a complain but there is no response.

Every time after loadshedding we have to log a ticket because will not have power and even there is no loadshedding the power goes and when you call they say there is a problem in substation while back Street there is electricity.
