City power bad service

<p>When calling the call centre you have to wait over an hour for your call to be answered, and even when you do get through the agent is rude and cannot even assist with the matter at hand, the answer she gave me was: "i dont know when the technician will get to you maybe even in 3 days" the service is pathetic and time consuming if i had'nt called from my work landline i would have been cut off in the first 3 minues of the call because it takes all of my airtime.</p>
