City Power at its worst

What a useless entity! We are without power from 17h00 Saturday, its now 20h25 Sunday and still no power. Try phoning city power, either the call is disconnected or no answer... When they do answer, they offline, they cannot assist... Yet they want to be paid in full month end? I had to take a loan to relocate my ailing mom on oxygen support, because I wasn't given assurance as to when we might expect the fault to be fixed. Is it *********** staff? Or is it just the fact that elections are far and that my vote is no longer required?
