Service from City Power<br> <br> 1. On Friday 13 November our lights was flickering and when we tried to switch off the electricity it did not want to switch off.<br> 2. We called a registered electrician and he said there was power in the neutral cable and the building could burn down - he disconnected the electricity.<br> 3. Phoned City Power and the fault were reported.<br> 4. On Sunday an employee from City Power contacted my husband, we were on our way home - he wanted to get into our premises and we told him the fault was not on the premises but the power box across the road.<br> 5. Some time ago new power boxes was installed and this particular box I had to phone them to report blue smoke coming out of the box.<br> 6. After several calls on Monday a truck arrived, one person came to our premises and the rest went to the shop on the corner.<br> 7. He also went to the shop and came back and told me it was all sorted there was a switch that tripped and the fault was sorted out.<br> 8. The electrician was called out to again and noticed nothing was done.<br> 9. Several calls to City Power to report that the fault was not fixed resulted in nothing. <br> 10. Monday we were without electricity and a business cannot run with
