City power

Inhave logged a call.with City Power just after 5;00 pm today as there is a problem with Power supply to my property. I have just contacted the call centre and up till now nothing has been done, even thought the matter had been escalated to City Power. I would really like to know what the fuc........we paynfor, since we are always in the ****.......dark. City power don't want to send out people after dark so just the the fuc..... happened between the timey call was logged and the nightfall. This is the biggest freaking joke and we claimed to have international services running.....
