City Power Slogan, HA Ha Ha joke! "City Power is committed to good corporate governance standards" Total disaster. Sunday afternoon the 10th Jan 21 lightning knocked all the power in and around our area. City power restored the power by 7-8pm the evening. For some reason my house and the street light in front of my house was not restored. I logged a call by around 9pm with the call centre. Monday at 11 no technician, I called the call center again. voice recorder call centre close due to corona, log via web. The ward councillor escalated the call, went to their offices in Hursthill. Today 12/1/21 10h43 still no tech. Calls has been logged via twitter as per City Power voice recorder. I have had to clear out my fridge, give away and throw away food. Now here is a paying customer and CHECK NO SERVICE, BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE!!! I am so frustrated!! MTazz
